3.
Submit Your Required Documents
Send scanned copies of your required documents (see checklist on the Required Documents page). We review and prepare your complete application package.
4.
Receive Your Invitation Letter
The university issues an official invitation letter within 48 hours of application approval. KAC coordinates directly with the university's international office.
5.
Pay Registration / Confirmation Fee
A partial registration fee confirms your seat. Full fee details are provided transparently before any payment is made.
6.
Application for Student Visa
With your invitation letter in hand, you apply for a student visa at the Kyrgyz embassy. Typical processing time: 10–15 days. KAC provides a visa checklist and letter templates.
7.
Pre-Departure Orientation
KAC conducts a pre-departure briefing covering what to pack, what to expect, currency exchange, health insurance, and emergency contacts. Parents are welcome.
8.
Fly to Kyrgyzstan & Register
KAC arranges airport pickup and assists with local registration, hostel check-in, SIM card, and university enrollment. You are never on your own.
After Arrival: KAC's in-country team assists with address registration (required within 3 days of arrival), annual visa extensions, and NExT/FMGE coaching enrollment from Year 1.
Eligibility Criteria

17 years or above on 31 December of admission year
Academic Qualification
Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology —
minimum 50% aggregate
NEET
Must be NEET qualified (as per NMC guidelines for Indian
students abroad)
English
No additional English test required — Class 12 in English
medium is sufficient
Passport
Valid Indian passport with minimum 18 months validity
Medical Fitness
Basic medical fitness certificate required
Important Note: NEET qualification is mandatory for all Indian students pursuing MBBS abroad as per
NMC (National Medical Commission) regulations. KAC can advise on minimum qualifying scores for
each university.
Visa Process
Visa Made Simple
The Kyrgyzstan student visa process is straightforward. Here is what to expect:
Entry Visa (Before Arrival)
Apply for a student visa (30–90 day validity) along with your university invitation letter. This is an
entry visa only, not the full study permit.
Registration After Arrival (Within Days)
Upon arrival, the university’s international office registers your address with migration authorities,
temporarily holds your passport for processing, and initiates your residence permit application.
Annual Visa Extension
Each year, the university helps you extend your student visa. This is a standard process that KAC
has guided hundreds of students through.
