Class 10 Marksheet
Board-issued original or attested copy.
Class 12 Marksheet
Board-issued original or attested copy and must show PCB with ≥50% aggregate.
NEET Scorecard
Current year NEET-UG result letter.
Birth Certificate
Municipality or hospital-issued certificate.
Medical Fitness Certificate
Issued by a registered medical practitioner.
HIV/AIDS Test Certificate
Must be attested by the Ministry of External Affairs (Apostille).
10 Passport-Size Photographs
White background passport-size photos. Taken within 6 months.
University Invitation Letter
Provided by KAC after application approval — not required for initial submission.
Bank Statement (Recommended)
3 months of statements showing sufficient funds. Helps with visa approval.
